Resolution

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, in 2004 the South Carolina Republican Party Convention adopted a state party platform to “identify and clearly establish those principles for which this Party stands”; and

WHEREAS, the South Carolina Republican Party platform as adopted “is intended to be a continuing statement of foundational principles upon which the South Carolina Republican Party is based”; and

WHEREAS, the Georgetown County Republican Party fully supports the South Carolina Republican Party platform; and

WHEREAS, the Georgetown County Republican Party recognizes the importance of the county party establishing a platform of conservative foundational principles for which its officers, members, candidates and elective officeholders stand for,

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Georgetown County Republican Party adopts the South Carolina Republican Party Platform in its entirety as the county party’s platform.
